2016 - Training starts this Friday 5/2/16

Welcome back everyone and I hope you have all stayed fit and healthy.

Beach Training will start on Friday the 5th of February at Balnarring Beach at 5-30pm meeting at the Rotunda. Please bring a full water bottle, runners as well as gear for swimming and towel. This will go for about 1 hour and will be followed by a sausage sizzle and drinks in the Rotunda. We will be having the Friday night session for 4 weeks before getting into full training. any parent helpers greatly appreciated. The season this year starts on the 17th of April and goes for 14 Games and our training nights will be advised to teams shortly by coaches. We will be doing most of our training until at Somers Oval and other locations as advised by your team, until cricket finishes which should be around the middle of March or so.

If you know of any players wanting a game please bring them along and introduce them to the other players.

The Balnarring Junior Football Clubs focus is on player development through participation and enjoyment and will always remain the clubs priority over winning games. We are looking forward to seeing both old and new players next Friday. If there are any questions please don’t hesitate to get in touch with the club.

2016 registrations are now open and you should have received an email asking you to register from Sporting Pulse. A number of players have already registered so if you have not already, please register ASAP as we need to confirm the number of teams that we will be having to the League very soon. We are again looking at teams in all age groups from under 10’s through to under 17’s and also youth girls.
